Clinical Telehealth Model
- Live Consultations: All care begins with a synchronous video or telephone consultation. We do not provide "script-only" services without a live clinical assessment.
- Medical Diagnosis: We focus on diagnosing and managing medical conditions like acne, rosacea, and pigmentation, rather than simply recommending cosmetic products.
- Compounding Partnership: Where clinically appropriate, we work with Australian compounding pharmacies to provide personalised prescription topicals tailored to your unique skin history.
- Referral Boundaries: Certain conditions, such as suspicious moles or lesions requiring biopsy, cannot be managed via telehealth. In these cases, we provide guidance for in-person specialist review.
