How it Works
Is this an in-person clinic?
No, we are a 100% telehealth service. All consultations and assessments take place online via synchronous video or telephone, allowing you to access clinical care from anywhere in Australia.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email with a secure intake form. You will be asked to provide your clinical history and clear photos of the concern area before your live assessment with the Nurse Practitioner.
What We Treat
What skin concerns can you help with?
We focus on diagnosing and managing medical concerns including acne, rosacea, pigmentation, and clinical photo-ageing.
Do you perform mole checks?
No. Suspicious or changing moles and potential skin cancers require in-person examination and biopsy. We do not manage these via telehealth and will refer you to an in-person provider if needed.
Prescriptions & Compounding
Will I receive a prescription?
Following your live clinical assessment, your clinician will determine a management plan. If clinically appropriate, this may include personalised prescription topicals or other medical treatments.
How do I get my recommended treatments?
If a personalised prescription treatment is recommended, we facilitate the process via our partner compounding pharmacies, who will dispense and post the medication directly to you.
Photos & Privacy
How are my photos used?
Photos support the live consultation and allow for detailed documentation of your skin concern. They are stored securely within your clinical record and are only used in combination with a live appointment.
Referrals & Red Flags
What if you can’t treat my condition online?
Clinical safety is our priority. If your condition requires in-person investigation (like a biopsy or physical hardware assessment), we will direct you to an appropriate local GP or specialist.
Pricing & Rebates
Is there a Medicare rebate?
Our fees are private. You will receive a clear invoice after your consultation. Medicare rebates for telehealth depend on specific clinical criteria which can be discussed during your review.
